Mesa Vista is expanding—with an additional 46 units opening mid-April, bringing the community to a total of 86 homes. These new units are reserved for residents who live or work in Costa Mesa or have ties or connections to the City of Costa Mesa, ensuring locals have access to affordable housing in their own community.
